<h2>Delivery Information</h2>
<p>All in-stock orders can be processed and shipped within five business days of the order being received. Minimum order is $500 per ship-to location. C.C.A. does not ship overseas.  For international customers wishing to place an order, please visit www.chinapearl.com for more information.</p>

<h2>Back Orders</h2>
<p>C.C.A. does not normally issue back orders, unless requested by the customer. Discontinued and special-offer items will not be back-ordered due to limited quantities.</p>

<h2>Cancellations</h2>
<p>Cancellations will not be accepted after 15 days from when the order was received.</p>
 
<h2>Payment</h2>
<p>All orders will need to be preapproved by our factor CIT. Net 30 days is the normal payment term for approved customers; otherwise a prepaid payment term is required.</p>
 
<h2>Return Policy</h2>
<p>Returns may not be made FOR ANY REASON. Merchandise damaged during the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier. Defective or incorrect merchandise will be exchanged or refunded by C.C.A.</p>
